Accounting

Harmony is a very strong, fully integrated accounting package, yet it has the flexibility to work the way you do. You can have multiple companies and cost centres; set your own financial and sales period dates, and make use of the extensive multi currency / multi country functionality.

Point of Sale

FBS's WinPOS Point of Sale program seamlessly integrates into the Harmony back office software offering all the functionality you would expect from a POS system. Customer ordering, stocktake, real-time stock level lookup across all stores, stock transferring, etc. Winpos is currently used in over 2000 retail outlets throughout Australia and New Zealand.

WinPos have a series of integrations to improve the usability and work flow. DataTools ensures postal addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are valid. Buy Now Pay Later partners include AfterPay, OpenPay, Laybuy, Klarna, ZipPay, Latitude, and Humm. Freight partners are Shippit, Australia Post and StarTrack. Slyp provides online receipts straight to your bank account (currently NAB only, CBA in 2021).

Online Order Management

With a ‘Ship from Store’ order, Harmony has the ability to determine the best warehouse or store to fulfil the order. It can also split orders if necessary, and work towards the minimum number of splits in order to fulfil the order. Integrating with either Shippit, Australia Post or Startrack will also allow for the shipment to be booked in straight away.

When the customer opts to ‘Click and Collect’, coupled with Harmony's APIs, the stock level at a store location can be determined by websites. Customers can then select their prefered location, so in reality, Harmony provides a near real time Click and Collect experience. 

Once an order is received in Harmony, a flashing message will appear notifying the sales person to fulfil the online orders. The POS also has the ability to reject all or part of an order that cannot be completed.

Stock Consolidation

Running off Harmony’s Visual software, the stock consolidation program allows users to see where stock is and how it’s selling. With this information on the screen, the user can create store to store stock transfers by simply dragging and dropping from one store (or warehuse) to another.

Stock Replenishment

Harmony has the ability to automaticaly generate new replenishment orders overnight, ready to be picked by the warehouse first thing in the morning. There are two methods for this with lots of different options for determining the priority. The most simple method is based on sales. The more complex, uses a minimum and maximum. The program can be set to prioritise customer orders first, then work through the store list.

Web Services APIs

Harmony has a series of APIs providing your website developer access to your Harmony data. Stock availability levels, stock levels by location, customers, gift vouchers, and most importantly, new orders.

EDI Partners

In collaboration with our middle ware partners, Harmony can import all of your larger customers’ sales orders through our EDI (Electronic Data Interface) module.
