Gift Receipts
Winpos has the ability to print and/or email two receipts for any purchase. The first receipt is the standard receipt for the purchaser to retain and includes all the usual receipt details including the purchase amount. The second receipt is the Gift receipt and does not show the purchase amount but contains all the other details of the purchase.
Gift receipts can be used by the gift receiver to obtain a refund, exchange an item or to obtain a replacement item – in line with your company’s refund, exchange and returns policies.
You are also able to print messages in the Gift receipt footer, just like a standard receipt. Footer messages on receipts enable you to engage with both existing and potential customers and to provide them with information relevant to your business.
